Territories

Starting with the April 18th, 2017 release of the Parts System, users are able, and in some cases required, to select territories when placing quotes or orders. The Whalen Company has the ability to assign users to one or more categories. This process is completed by The Whalen Company and is not managed through the parts program.

If a user is assigned to more than one territory, they will be required to select a territory when creating an order. If a user is assigned to only one territory the system will automatically default to the assigned territory. In this instance, the user will not be able to select a territory and will automatically be assigned to their default territory.
