Permission Levels

By default, the Whalen Parts Program supports two security or permission levels. The permission levels are detailed below:

The typical uses and assignments for each permission level are described below.

·Rep - The most common permission level assigned is that of Rep. Rep level users can typically create quotes and create orders.

·Rep Manager - A Rep Manager is usually a designated user in each office that has the ability to create, modify and delete users for that office.
