Find Parts

The Find Parts link allows users to locate or search for parts throughout the entire Whalen system. Using Parts Search, the user is able to search for parts using either a whole or partial part number, selecting from a product family, parts category, product model, unit size or description text. Users can also use combinations of any of the search features to help them locate parts.

To locate parts in the system click the Find Parts link from the Main Menu.

You will be redirected to the Parts Search page as shown in the figure below.

There are several ways to search for a part. You can search for parts using any of the following methods:

·Part Number

·Equipment Order Number

·Product Family

·Part Category

·Product Model

·Unit Size

·Description

During the search process you may limit the number of records returned by checking the "Limit to first 100" check box. More information regarding this feature may be viewed in the help topic "Limiting Search Results".
